Retaining Wall Construction & Project Management
Solmer Civil was contracted to build concrete sleeper retaining walls as part of a new housing subdivision. Solmer approached Bishop & Hart as a subcontractor to assist in the supply and installation of the retaining walls. The retaining walls needed to be completed to an exceptional level and delivered on time for Solmer to satisfy its client.
To deliver exceptional quality works, Bishop & Hart conducted extensive planning and quantity surveying, before beginning the project. Our team focused on strong communication and collaboration with Solmer to deliver the right set of skills; project management, building and safe operation of heavy equipment––to complete the works. The retaining walls were completed to an exceptional standard for the client. Further, Bishop & Hart were happy to knowledge share, and help Solmer train its own team members to handle projects like this in the future.
