If you already have plans completed, it’s a good idea to start getting quotes or estimates completed. Doing this before you proceed with any approvals is a good idea, as it may save you loads of time and money if the design needs to be changed to better suit your budget expectations.
While it may seem like a good idea to get multiple quotes and compare them, it is important to remember not all builders offer the same strategy, inclusions, experience, or timeframes. A lot of quotes can be very scarce on details, leaving you wondering what is included and what’s not. A quote from Bishop & Hart is highly detailed with allocations for every dollar. This allows you to make informed decisions about which parts of your project are going to work and what parts might need some adjustment. We will be there to help you through this process.

1. Initial Consult: (If you have chosen B&H as your building designer this step will already be completed)
Following your enquiry Bishop & Hart will contact you for an initial Enquiry. This gives us a chance to meet and greet and begin to understand your project in greater detail ensuring we have all the information.
2. Preparing Cost Estimates: Once we have all of the information a construction estimate can be prepared. Bishop & Hart take pride in offering highly detailed and thorough project costings giving you confidence that we have done the homework and have gained a deep understanding of your project and its complexity.
During the estimating process, Bishop & Hart can assist with value engineering the design to find solutions and efficiencies.
3. Project Delivery: Once the build process begins we ensure our clients stay highly involved with the day to day of onsite. It's the minor details that have the greatest impact and Bishop & Hart ensure that you stay involved with the decision-making that happens on site.
Our projects are overseen by specialised and dedicated project managers and site managers who ensure smooth collaboration between our trades, design partners and you as the client.
